Established in early 2022 after restructuring the Rosenberger Group's antenna and coverage solution portfolio, PROSE combines German engineering excellence with American entrepreneurial spirit.
Our focus includes developing and selling base station antennas, microwave antennas, indoor and outdoor coverage solutions, Open RAN sub-systems, data centers, cabling systems, IoT solutions, and related services. With a lean, agile, and decentralized organizational structure, we efficiently serve international customers while driving innovation in the telecom industry.

Connect the Everyday
Hans Rosenberger Sr. founded the company Rosenberger in the south of Germany as a metal machining factory. From the 1970s on, the company focus became high-frequency connectivity technology.
Rosenberger grew at a rapid pace, becoming the world’s leading manufacturer of high-frequency coaxial connectors. Rosenberger Electronics Co. Ltd. was established in Beijing to serve the needs of the growing Chinese telecom market.
Rosenberger moved into a new 17,000 m² factory which had been built at the Beijing Airport Industrial Area.
Rosenberger Electronics Co. Ltd. in Beijing became the headquarters of Rosenberger for the whole Asia-Pacific region and was renamed Rosenberger Asia Pacific Electronics Co. Ltd.
The foundation of Netop Technology Co. Ltd. with a new 13,000 m² factory in Shanghai marked the entry of Rosenberger into the field of wireless communication.
Netop Technology was integrated into Rosenberger Asia Pacific.
Two new modern manufacturing facilities were established in Goa and Manesar in India.
An R&D Center was established in New Jersey USA.
Another R&D center and a modern 25,500 m² manufacturing facility were established in Kunshan, China.
Two production facilities were established, 3,217 m² in New Jersey, USA and 12,879 m² in Pune, India.
A restructure from Rosenberger of the wireless communication business under the brand of "PROSE" was established, with 40+ subsidiaries, sales and service org, 4 manufacturing sites, and 6 R&D centers worldwide. PROSE is jointly owned by the German Rosenberger family and the US Liu family.
